The Black Cherry is a blend of an Italian sour cherry purée and our rich Traditional style condimento base. This dark balsamic vinegar is a flavor explosion of cherry and grape must that is at once sour and bitter. The end result is a rich, delicate in mouth feel of red, jammy fruit with notes of plum, cherry and prune.
